Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to return rental cars and find the hotel. The rooms were adequately comfortable, but the cold draft coming through the window was a downside. The service was excellent with helpful staff who even went the extra mile to clean the guest's vehicle. However, the dining experience was not great with cold and overpriced food.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were very pleasant and quiet, like sleeping on a cloud, but unfortunately, there was a horrible smell coming out of the fan ducts that disrupted my sleep. On the bright side, the rooms were well-organized with most items a guest may need, creating a nice and quiet atmosphere.

The service was exceptional, with helpful and courteous staff who went above and beyond, even compensating us for poor quality steaks. The location is fantastic for connecting flights or a layover, providing a natural sense of Alberta. The dining options were limited but still nice, especially for those with early flights departing. However, the location right at the airport and car rental return can be both convenient and noisy.
